I work as an artist and educator around Cheshire and Greater Manchester running a business that provides educational art workshops.
All workshops are tailored to meet a group's needs. I have worked in all key stages - from nursery through to Higher Education and including special needs. My workshops address all aspects of Art and Design within the National Curriculum and target a knowledge and skills based approach to learning, in a confident and enjoyable atmosphere.
I studied sculpture and painting at the Slade School of Fine Art, and have been painting and drawing for as long as I can remember.
I am CRB checked and have adequate public liability cover for all art workshops.

Greek Patterns Workshop
In this workshop we looked at the shapes, patterns and colours of Classical Greek Art and Architecture.
The workshop is designed to enhance observational drawing skills through
a process of concentrated drawing. The complexity of Ancient Greek patterns
makes it an ideal subject, with its distinctive style and earthy colours.
Pupils are encouraged to both draw what they see and embellish their designs
with their own imagination and a healthy amount of inks and oil pastels.
